Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2019 Judges Biased Form

In Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs 2019 besides various disagreeable things one is of that where in an episode Judge Richa Sharma told the Grand Jury "to look after" ( ग्रेन्ड जुरी जरा देखना ) a contestant named Ritik Gupta just before his performance, which she introduced. Here the meaning of "to look after" just before Ritik Gupta's first singing performance could be elaborated as "to give him good marks".

                                             Richa Sharma adores and calls Ritik as her brother.

Another incident is that where after singing by a contestant ( Sorry Forgot the name ) one lady jury member gave 9 marks out of total 10 to the contestant. Soon after that Judge Richa Sharma questioned the lady jury member followed by Judge Amaal Malik and Shaan that why she gave 9 only and after a brief conversation Richa told to the lady Jury that she will be happy if She make 9 to 10. The lady jury member did so accordingly.

So the point here is that telling the jury member's to favour a specific contestant and to raise the marks according to main judges wish and showing the footage of it on National TV should be considered fair or not for the spirit of the competitive singing show ?
